Creating a Quick Note is easy, straightforward and is great to use with or without a client attached. Click the ""Quick Note" link on any page. Fill out the optional Title, Client and you can use photos / images of previous notes to instantly grab the info from the image file. Fill out any additional information: Problems, Plans, Medications, Allergies, etc. Then click "Generate Progress Note". After it's generated you can easily translate it into any language by selecting the language from the dropdown menu. You can optionally convert this to a full note that is signable inside ReactEHR's system, or copy (all or part) of the note for your current EHR.
