You can add / edit or delete presets for your "DC" or "Dismissal" notes within "Site Settings" -> "Note Presets" -> scroll to the "Dismissal Presets" box. Below is a video showing how to easily add, set the newly added dismissal preset as a "default" for use with all new notes. You can always change this preset, or add, edit or delete for each dismissal note as well.
