You agree to review, edit, and validate all documentation before saving it as part of a patient's health record.

React Strategies LLC disclaims liability for any inaccuracies or adverse outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated suggestions.

7. Privacy and Security Compliance

8. Data Ownership and Access
